Conservative Party ignores Deaf complaint

Two months ago I complained to the Conservative Party that they were discriminating against Deaf and Hard of Hearing people by streaming live on the web without any subtitles or BSL interpretation. I complained via video in BSL, tweeted it to them, emailed them and  yet I am yet to have a response from Baroness Warsi. This video is an open letter of complaint to Baroness Warsi, Chair of Conservative Party asking why my complaints about Conservative website video content and live streaming of the Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham is inaccessible to Deaf or Hard of Hearing people. Conservatives ignores Deaf complaints

Update: Still no response to our complaints why The Conservative Party conference is being streamed live but without providing subtitles or British Sign Language so that Deaf and Hard of hearing people can follow proceedings on their website. Why should we wait till the news reports come on when hearing people can follow proceedings live online? Should we only access it via TV coverage?
