Hands On: Cultural Leaders Programme

Exciting news to announce that DaDa the Disability and Deaf Arts agency in Liverpool is delivering a short project for twenty Deaf Arts and Cultural Leaders, at ‘mid career’ stages on their developments. This programme is part of the Cultural Leadership Programme and is the first of it’s kind.
