Battle for Accessible tickets- de ja vu!

On April 12th, one of my favourite artists in the world, Rufus Wainwright, announced an Autumn tour, I was interested in going to several of the gigs. The tickets were due to go on sale on Friday 20th April, but members of Rufus’ website could access the ArtistTickets.com presale on Wednesday 18th, which was online only.
I’m visually impaired, and need to attend anything like this with a Personal Assistant/Carer....

Accessible Coldplay Tickets: A Battle Lost?

Hi again, Samantha here. I thought I’d update this post, as the Coldplay concert is this Friday, and we’re no further along in getting accessible seats that actually meet my needs.
My tickets arrived on Friday 27th April, over 5 months after booking tickets. This was the first time I actually knew what seats I had been allocated. My seats are in Block 114,...
