I bought a replacement phone iPhone 4 which didn’t work. I returned to the store the next day. I wax stopped at the door and told I needed an appointment. I was cross that is not the greeting I want in any store. I ignored that and went to see the business adviser who was very helpful. He confirmed it was a faulty phone and replaced it. It is now overheating when it is charging and I have gone on the net for support.
I went through the boring time consuming process of going through the questions and putting in the number from my new phone.
The reply is THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THIS OLD MODEL.
I only got it yesterday.
I know apple devices go out of date quickly BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS,
I WISH I STILL HAD MY OLD PHONE!
I had no problems with my Samsung Galaxy. Or my old I phone
What is happening.
Hi Helen, Have you gone back to the store and asked for support to sort out your iphone 4 issues … there was some comments online that a recent upgrade has caused all sorts of problems … If it is overheating they should replace the handset as it sounds like the internal battery has a fault (I know that if you get a new phone if it is faulty they have to replace it.
